If you are an avid fan of "The Penthouse: War in Life," then the show has some good news for you. The production has just confirmed that they are returning with two more seasons!

Family, school, revenge, ambition, greed, and lust are among the topics in the recent hit drama. It has been hitting small screens and making audiences hooked into its plot twists.

According to a news outlet, "The Penthouse" already finalized the production of the first season. The supposedly 20-episode drama got extended to 21. Another source said that the upcoming season would be composed of 20 episodes but it'll be divided it into two seasons with only 12 episodes. Also, the drama will change its schedule, from Monday and Tuesday, the next season will be aired every Friday and Saturday.

Every episode is a must-watch, as you would not understand the succeeding episode if you did not see the previous one. The way the production ends every episode is truly exciting that it makes us want to see it right away. Since the issues cover family and teenage life, this series can target several generation of audiences, from teens to adults. No wonder the rating is very high. What a great move by the director and the producers. The screenplay is just exquisite.

The actors and actresses themselves have proven how great they are, and it gets audiences engaged with the whole series. The actors' portrayal of each role seems like they were perfectly made for them. Who knows who will be left in the next season, but the production hopes many audiences will still love it. The move on doing the follow-up season is just bold as it not very common for a Korean drama actually to have a follow-up right away.

The Penthouse is set in a 100-floor luxury penthouse apartment where three women are just willing to do anything for the sake of their daughter. What's special about this building is that the residents have dark secrets and stained pasts, and their children are no better! It'll make you want to fight injustice. They would even have reached the point of killing to make sure their daughters will always be on top and will be able to pursue their dream and avenge the death of a daughter.

The unique personalities of these women are so distinct and the actresses playing the roles have superb acting. No doubt, this series soared its way to the top of the charts.

The drama stars talented actors namely Lee Ji Ah playing as Su Ryeon, considered as "the queen" of the penthouse, Kim So Yeon portraying the heartless opera singer Seo Jin, and Eugene as Seo Jin's rival, Yoon Hee. The drama's each episode consists of a time span of 30 minutes and surely you will be hooked to it in no time.

"The Penthouse: War In Life" is created by Kim Soon Ok, the screenwriter who is the mastermind behind the hit drama "Temptation of Wife."
