Girl's Day member, Minah is returning to the small screen with her upcoming drama "Check The Event."
Earlier this week, multiple outlets cited that the 27-year-old celebrity is courted to appear in the MBC drama alongside Kwon Ha Woon.
At the time, her agency, Yooborn Company, revealed that "Minah is currently reviewing the casting offer for "Please Check the Event.'"
On the other hand, the "Lie After Lie" star's management, 935 Entertainment, also mentioned that the actor "received the offer and is positively reviewing it."

Girl's Day Minah Accepts the Upcoming Korean Drama "Please Check The Event"
Interestingly, a new report revealed that the singer-actress is confirmed to lead the forthcoming melodrama.
K-drama "Please Check the Event" is set to be released in the second half of 2021 and will be helmed by Kim Ji-hoon, who also directed the 2020 movie "Sinkhole."
"Please Check the Event" Characters and Synopsis
The upcoming melodrama depicts the story of two former lovers who then agreed to become a fake couple to go on a "couples trip" together.
Following Minah's confirmation to lead the new drama, she will portray Ha Song Yi, a botanical garden coordinator.
She is described as an outrageous and charming individual who lived on her mother's wisdom that she is much safer with plants than people.
Ha Song Yi's mother believes that humans have the power to betray someone but not plants.
Interestingly, her life is about to change when she meets Park Do Kyun, played by Kwon Hwa Woon, who is the vocalist of an indie band.
Girl's Day Minah's Comeback
"Please Check The Event" will be Minah's comeback after her almost two-year hiatus on the small screen.
The singer-actress last drama was the 2019 SBS comedy romance "My Absolute Boyfriend" together with Yeo Jin Goo, Hong Jong Hyun, Hong Seo Young, and Choi Sung Won.
She portrayed Uhm Da Da, a special effects makeup artist who has been secretly dating A-class actor Ma Wang Joon, played by Hong Jong Hyun.
Despite Minah's break on tv series, she remains active on the big screen with two major projects in 2020.
Following her drama, she starred in the movie "Snowball" alongside Shim Dal Gi and Han Sung Min.
Girl's Day Members Showed Their Support to Minah on her Musical Debut
In that same year, she landed a lead role in the film "The Days," marking her acting debut in a musical movie.
With this, her fellow Girl's Day members showed their love by attending the premiere.
Over their social media, fans witnessed how the girl group threw their support for the singer-actress.
It came after the 27-year-old idol turned actress posted a sweet photo with the rest of the group.
"Girl's Day is my strength, and Girl's Day is my life, lala lala la lala lala la," Girl's Day Minah's Instagram caption reads, to which Hyeri and Yuro replied with a series of strings of heart emojis.
On the other hand, Sojin commented, "Keep going strong through the very last show!"
