Mnet's TMI News revealed the top five South Korean stars who boast the most luxurious homes.

Topping the list is Yoo Ah In, who owns a jaw-dropping home located in Itaewon.

In the recent TMI broadcast, the show revealed that the "#ALIVE" star acquired a fancy building in 2016. The 5,119,066 USD or 5.8 billion won property has three floors and a basement.

Interestingly, aside from the real estate itself, the 34-year-old actor, creative director, and gallerist filled his home with intricate and expensive pieces.

The channel revealed that Yoo Ah In owns an estimated worth of 441,298 USD or a total of 500 million won just for the home interior items. This includes an Italian made lights on his front yard that cost a staggering 8,825 USD (10 million won).

In addition, he also owns a teddy bear sofa worth 32,656 USD (37 million won).

As for his most expensive time, TMI News revealed that it was his wooden desk made by the world renowned architect and furniture maker George Nakashima.

The unique wooden desk reportedly costs 88,258 USD (100 million won) but can increase up to 264,776 USD (300 million won).

Bae Jung Nam

Next on the list is the model-actor Bae Jung Nam.

The "Mr. Sunshine" actor reportedly boasts a nature-themed interior with green and brown accents.

Aside from his unique theme, he is also fond of collecting antiques.

Interestingly, he owns several statues, from Buddha, war relics, to African masks.

G-Dragon

Coming in third is BIGBANG's G-Dragon.

Apart from its flashy and vibrant fashion statement, the KPop idol enjoys having several amenities on his modern themed property - this includes a gym, swimming pool, cafe, and even a park.

In addition, the 32-year-old singer owned a whopping 62,500 USD bookshelf.

EXO's Kai

Another K-Pop star who made it to the list is EXO's Kai.

According to TMI News, the South Korean South Korean singer, model, actor, and dancer, whose real name is Kim Jongin, owns a black and white themed home that boasts a massive living room, spacious office, and a private area.

Moreover, EXO's Kai's property also has a jaw-dropping walk-in closet, almost the same size as a small boutique.

Son Ye Jin

Lastly, capping off the list of top 5 Korean stars with the most luxurious homes is non-other than the Hallyu star, Son Ye Jin.

The "Crash Landing on You" actress owned a property in an affluent neighborhood of Samseong in Gangnam district.

With her classy aura, it's no surprise that the award-winning actress has a modern-themed home that has a sleek kitchen and a dining room area featuring an antique cabinet.

Just like any other artist, the 39-year-old actress has a custom-built walk-in closet; however, it is a size of a hotel lobby.
