The "Train to Busan" actor Ma Dong Seok wows the public for his amazing transformation in the upcoming Marvel movie "The Eternals."

The famous American magazine Entertainment Weekly dropped the amazing cast of Marvel Studio's new movie "The Eternals." Korean actor Ma Dong Seok caught the public's attention for his first-ever Marvel project.

Entertainment Weekly Unveils Character Posters of Upcoming Marvel Movie The Eternals

"The Eternals" illustrates the story of the superhuman race called the Eternals. They existed millions of years ago as a result of genetic experiments on Earth by the Celestials. It is originally based on a comic book series by Jack Kirby.

Marvel fans were delighted to see the star-studded cast of the film. Ma Dong Seok will be playing the role of Gilgamesh, a superhero whose superpower can be compared to Thor and Hercules.

According to the American magazine, Ma Dong Seok is internationally known for his outstanding appearance in the Korean film "Train to Busan." They shared that he received various Hollywood film offers over the years, but the first role he's been attracted to was Gilgamesh of "The Eternals."

Ma Dong Seok's Dream of Playing Gilgamesh's Character Finally Came True

To give the fans a sneak peek about the forthcoming film, the character posters were released, and Ma Dong Seok stunned the netizens for his complete transformation into a powerful and appealing Gilgamesh.

Ma Dong Seok displayed his strong aura with his bold costume and observant gaze.

Aside from the character posters, Entertainment Weekly also shared some interview cuts of the cast. The Korean actor shared that he has been a big fan of Marvel since then, and playing his character in a movie was such a dream come true for him.

"Ever since, I really loved Gilgamesh's character. His character made me see the possibility of inspiring the younger generation as the Korean superhero of the Marvel cinematic universe."

He also gave short details about his role as Gilgamesh, "He is very powerful and should I say the strongest warrior in the group (Eternals). Gilgamesh is also protective when it comes to his family." Ma Dong Seok added, "He is a superhero with a sense of humor and a character that is ready to fight for his team."

Ma Dong Seok also worked with some of the biggest names in Hollywood, namely Angelina Jolie, Richard Madden, Gemma Chan, Lia McHugh, Kumail Nanjiani, Harish Patel, Brian Tyree Henry, Gil Birmingham, Lauren Ridloff, Salma Hayek, Kit Harington ,and Barry Keoghan.

Marvel Studios movie "The Eternals" will be available for release in November.
