Amid the worldwide craze of the Netflix series, netizens are creative enough to link the actor's cameo on Crash Landing on You.
To recall, in episodes 10 and 15 of the mega-hit Kdrama, Kim Soo Hyun took on the role of Bang Dong Gu, a North Korea spy who pretends to be a "village idiot." He appeared wearing a green tracksuit and donned messy hair.
Moreover, he also played the same character in the 2013 film "Secretly Greatly."

While the "Squid Game" craze is still at its peak, the "It's Okay Not to Be Okay" star hilariously commented on the viral memes of him with side-by-side photos of the participants wearing the iconic green tracksuit.
On October 2, FTISLAND's Lee Hong Ki took to Instagram stories an edited photo of the actor wearing the tracksuit inside the field where the green light, red light game is played.
In the post, the singer-actor added a note trolling his friend that he might not survive if he joined "Squid Game."
"He sent me this photo saying he could have appeared [on 'Squid Game'] too... haha Hyung.. then you would have been the first one to die hahaha," the post reads.
