Lee Joon Gi is confirmed to star in a new legal drama!
Xports news reported on October 5 that Lee Joon Gi is in discussion to appear in a new Kdrama. An hour after the announcement, Newsen released a report validating the news that the "Flower of Evil" star will lead SBS' forthcoming legal-suspense drama "Again My Life."
Namoo Actors Confirms Lee Joon Gi's First Drama for 2022
To formally inform the public about his next project, Lee Joon Gi's agency Namoo Actors released a statement and confirmed his participation in the drama. "The Veil" and "Vagabond" actor Lee Kyung Young will also join the lead cast.
Meanwhile, "Strangers From Hell" and "Doctor Prisoner" actress Kim Ji Eun is reportedly in talks to star in the series.
SBS forthcoming legal drama "Again My Life" is based on a full-length novel written by Lee Hae Nal from May 13, 2016, to November 10, 2017. The story is also available on webtoon and received favorable reviews from the readers.
"Again My Life" will center its story around a young prosecutor who was killed while trying to judge an absolute ruler who was stained with evil.
"My Little Baby" and "Graceful Family" producer Han Chul Soo is in charge of the series.
In addition to the report, SBS is currently reviewing the project to confirm the release date and time slot of the drama. Rest assured, "Again My Life" will meet the viewers in the first half of 2022.

Lee Joon Gi to Play the Role of a Prosecutor
Lee Joon Gi will showcase his excellent acting once again after almost two years of break from show business. He takes the role of Kim Hee Woo, a fierce and mighty prosecutor who is ready to do anything to punish all the evil in court.
Kim Hee Woo entered the Department of Law at the Korean University. It's not an easy journey for him as he made three attempts before making it to his desired university. When he passed the bar exam, Kim Hee Woo promised to himself that he will do his duty and responsibility right as a prosecutor.
He received a case about a politician named Jo Tae Seop. While he is carefully investigating the corruption made by the said public figure, Kim Hee Woo's life was put in line. He suffered an unfair death, but he was able to survive and was given another chance to live.
This time, Hee Woo plans to take revenge on all the people involved in the corruption case.
