The ER nurse mentioned that Dr. Cha is now breathing on his own after being in a coma for days.

In one scene, Cha Young Min, who entered Ko Seung Tak's body, careers his cheeks and tells himself to be strong. This incident was witnessed by Dr. Ahn Tae Hyun, who thought that Dr. Ko's action was kind of strange.

The higher-ups at Eunsan University Medical Center called for a conference to talk about their VIP's medical condition.

In the second episode, Cha Young Min thinks that Ko Seung Tak is involved in the malpractice after administering a large dose of a substance which made the Chairman unwell.

At the conference, Cha Young Min is carefully listening to the doctors' testimony and wants to clear his name through Ko Seung Tak's revelation.

In "Ghost Doctor" episode 3, Dr. Ko mentioned that he received an instruction from his senior Kim Jae Won regarding the drug administration to the Chairman, but he said that he never injected the drug and brought his own witness.

It was the ER nurse who testified and showed him the chart. Based on it, the chairman was already receiving heparin continuously per Dr. Cha's order.

In addition, the chart only showed that Cha Young Min was instructed to administer 500 max of heparin as it may trigger the blot vessel to rupture. It only means that it wasn't Dr. Cha's order to increase the substance to more than 500 as what the other doctor claims.

It only means that they have to seek approval from Dr. Jang, whatever they do.
