'Thirty-Nine' Episode 2 Recap: Jung Chang Young Breaks Up With Kim Jin Seok

The slice-of-life Kdrama starts with Jun Chan Young (Jeon Mi Do) trying to spice up her look with a sexy mascara but ends up giving them to her best friends Jang Joo Hee (Kim Ji Hyun) and Cha Mi Jo (Son Ye Jin) - this is ahead of her meet up with Kim Jin Seok (Lee Moo Saeng).

During her conversation with her lover/friend, Chan Young finally decides to let go of him, but she wasn't the only one clinging to their relationship as well as Jin Seok.

In the latter part of the episode, a photo of Jung Chan Young flashes to the screen, hinting at her death.
