Despite the unique story, which for sure made several audiences cry buckets, the MBC's action fantasy series showed another decrease in viewership rating.
'Tomorrow' Episode 6 Viewership Rating
For the drama's sixth episode, Nielsen Korea cited that the weekend series plummeted to its lowest viewership rating yet.
"Tomorrow" viewership rating for the April 16th episode scored an average rating of 2.7 percent, which is a significant downturn from its fifth episode, garnering an average nationwide rating of 3.5 percent.
'Tomorrow' Episode 6 Recap: Crisis Management Team to Work with Guiding Management Team
While Goo Ryun's (Kim Hee Sun) team accomplished another task, Emperor Jade (Kim Hae Sook) assigned a special case to the Crisis Management Team.
She tells the team leader that she'll be working alongside her rival Park Joong Gil (Lee Soo Hyuk) of the Guiding Management Team.
In line with the duo's special case, they would be helping a war veteran who is about to reach the end of his life; however, he is set to commit suicide prior to his last day.
With the Crisis Management Team's goal to prevent further suicide cases, they left with a limited time to solve the situation.
Crisis Management Team Introduces Themselves as Grim Reapers
Goo Ryun's team encounters a unique case for the first time and has to work double-time to accomplish a special task given by Emperor Jade.
With not much time left, Goo Ryun meets Lee Young Chun, a war veteran who is about to die the next day.
She introduced the team as the grim reapers but explained that they would help him on his final day due to illness.
Lee Young Chun revealed why he thought of ending his life and told the group that he didn't want to die alone and lonely.

The Crisis Management Team also learned that the old man regretted the single decision that changed his life, and that is volunteering to join the war; this is because of suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder or PTSD, which is quite usual for those who experienced war.
Interestingly, the fearless team leader showed how Lee Young Chun's decision changed the country and saved millions of lives.
Lee Young Chun Receives the Honor he Deserves
As his final day came, Goo Ryun asked Park Joong Gil a favor. She wants Lee Young Chun to receive the honor and respect that he deserves for serving the country.
At the time, the Guiding Management Team, who escorts souls to the afterlife, gave no final decision.
The same goes for Emperor Jade, who was asked by Goo Ryun about her plan but told her that there's nothing much that she could do.
However, the man's final day has come, but the Crisis Management Team's grim reapers, Choi Joon Woong and Im Ryung Goo (SF9 Rowoon and Yun Ji On), were stunned to see Park Joong Gil at the man's house.
In addition, a group of grim reapers from the Guiding Management Team arrived to escort Lee Young Chun's soul together with Emperor Jade.
Grim reapers, even the Joomadeung's head, paid their respect, which made the old man happy until his final day.
