TVING unveils an exciting K-drama lineup slated to air this 2022.
From thriller and rom-com to healing series, the streaming service is set to deliver an array of genres to entertain the viewers.
In addition, two-hit series will return for its much-awaited season 2.
With that said, here is a rundown of TVING's new dramas scheduled to air this year.
'Monstrous'
The drama is directed by Jang Gun Jae and penned by "Train to Busan" and "Peninsula" director Yeon Sang Ho with "Psychopath Diary" screenwriter Ryu Yong Jae. The horror drama follows the story of an archeologist who hunts monstrous cases. However, his life changed due to an unexpected incident.
Headlined by Goo Kyo Hwan, who took on the role of eccentric archaeologist Jung Ki Hoon. He is joined by "Hospital Playlist" actress Shin Hyun Bin as Lee Soo Jin. She is a genius pattern cryptanalyst who encountered a terrible disaster.
Apart from the duo, viewers get to see an interesting cast lineup featuring Kwak Dong Yeon, who previously appeared in "Our Beloved Summer" and "Vincenzo."

In addition, completing the "Monstrous" cast lead stars include Nam Da Reum, Kim Ji Young, and Park Ho San from "The Penthouse."
tvN's upcoming horror K-drama is slated to broadcast this April 29, airing every Friday with six episodes for the whole season.
'I Just Haven't Done My Best Yet'
Based on the manga series, "I Just Haven't Done My Best Yet" is a comedy K-drama which depicts the life of a man in his 40s who still lives with his father and daughter.
Out of nowhere, Nam Geum Pil, played by Park Hae Joon, suddenly decides to quit his job and freeloads from his friends for alcohol.
However, his eureka moment came when he saw his neighbor making a lot of money as a comic writer.
Aside from "The World of the Married" star, "I Just Haven't Done My Best Yet" cast includes Kim Gab Soo as the patriarch and Park Jung Yeon as Nam Geum Pil's daughter Nam Sang Ah.
'Rose Mansion'
The upcoming mystery thriller stars Im Ji Yeon and Yoon Kyun Sang.
It follows the story of a hotel employee named Ji Na, played by Im Ji Yeon, who is eager to find out the reason behind her older sister's disappearance.
She starts by returning to their family's house called the "Rose Mansion," where bizarre things begin to occur.
With a total of 12 episodes, "Rose Mansion" will be broadcast on May 13 every Friday via TVING.
'Yumi's Cells' Season 2
Finally, the long wait is over as Kim Go Eun's webtoon-based K-drama "Yumi's Cells" is officially returning for its second season.
Viewers could expect that a lot of characters from season 1 will reprise their roles. Aside from the actress, Park Jin Young, who plays Yoo Babi, will also be present in the sequel.
In addition, Ahn Bo Hyun, Park Ji Hyun, and the charming Lee Yoo Bi will also appear in "Yumi's Cells" season 2.
As of this writing, there's no official statement regarding the show's exact release date. It has been said that the second season will air this coming June 2022.
'Work Later, Drink Now' Season 2
Another familiar series will also be returning to the small screen this year.
Fans will get to see the lovely trio Lee Sun Bin, Han Sun Hwa, and Jung Eun Ji alongside Super Junior's Choi Si Won in "Work Later, Drink Now" season 2.
