Son Seok Koo Spotted Filming in the Philippines
In his latest Instagram posts, published on April 27, the "Be Melodramatic" actor shared several snippets of his current trip to the Philippines.
From the busy streets of one of the provinces in the country to the filming location of the project, Son Seok Koo gave hints at what he is busy doing these lately. He also captioned his posts: "Philippines."
Though he didn't disclose if he's filming a drama or movie, fans nonetheless showed their support to the actor.
'My Liberation Notes' Receives Good Reviews Despite Low Ratings
Multifaceted actor Son Seok Koo dominates primetime with his newly released JTBC drama "My Liberation Notes." He plays the role of Mr. Gu, the stranger whom the three siblings Yeom Mi Jeong (Kim Ji Won), Yeom Chang Hee (Lee Min Ki), and Yeom Gi Jeong (Lee El) crossed paths with.
As the drama continues to air, it fails to gain high viewership ratings. However, viewers give favorable feedback to the drama's storyline. Even A-list actor Gong Yoo showed on Instagram how much he likes watching the drama.

According to Nielsen Korea, "My Liberation Notes" episode 1, which premiered last April 9, recorded an average rating of 2.9 percent nationwide, while its latest episode gained 3.8 percent.
Son Seok Koo To Star in K-Movie 'The Roundup' With Ma Dong Seok
Son Seok Koo is expected to make a big-screen comeback with "The Roundup." It follows the story of detective Ma Suk Do and his team who received a special mission to capture a vicious killer.
Son Seok Koo plays the character of Kang Hae Sang, the suspect that Ma Suk Do's team is chasing.
The action film is slated to premiere on May 18 in cinemas. Park Ji Hwan, Choi Gwi Hwa, Heo Dong Won, Ha Joon, Jung Jae Kwang, Eum Moon Suk, Kim Chan Hyung, and Han Woo Yul are also included in the cast.
