Debuting as a singer and as a member of the girl group Hello Venus, Kwon Nara also made a name as one of the in-demand female leads.

From rom-com and medical Kdramas to thriller fantasy, the 31-year-old actress could surely ace whatever role she portrays.

Being a celebrity for almost 10 years, the South Korean star manages to keep her visual, especially her slim physique.

At 31, Kwon Nara definitely looks younger than her age.

Aside from her youthful glow and radiant beauty, her toned figure is very laudable.

Interestingly, she once spoke about a trick to maintain her weight.

Besides working out and doing regular exercise, Kwon Nara's diet is also one of the reasons why he was able to maintain her physique.

Kwon Nara Diet: No White Foods Trend

According to a report, the "Bulgasal: Immortal Souls" star follows a fad diet.

The No White Foods Diet is a popular trend these days for those who opt to get fit and fab through a weight-reduction plan.

As cited by healthline.com, the said diet means "eliminating processed white-colored foods from the diet."

Doing this could help improve your blood sugar control and eventually lead to weight loss.

In addition, some of the components in these white-colored foods are "unhealthy" as the majority have high carbohydrates, are heavily processed, and have fewer nutrients.

For the actress, she used to "weigh much" during her debut and "really really hard" to shed off some pounds.

She recalled, "I was afraid to work out with somebody else because I had to expose an inferiority complex about my looks. That's why I began to go on a diet by myself," she said.

Like everyone else, she started by looking for possible diet tricks on the internet and came across the no-white-food diet.

Since then, the "Itaewon Class" star shared that she "began to avoid white foods, such as white bread, white rice, and sugar."

Instead of these, she replaced it with more nutritional food such as apples as her breakfast and would eat "half a bowl of rice and not eat soup."

As part of keeping her body slim, she also maintained it by working out.

According to the same report, the actress never misses a week without exercise. She said that despite how busy she is, she does her exercise before hitting the sack.

"I worked out on the treadmill, jumped rope, and exercised my arm with a plastic bottle filled with water," she said.

In addition, she also revealed cutting back carbohydrate intake to maintain her physique.
