'Dr. Romantic'
Making its return for the third time, this medical series with a spice of romance is finalizing the next sequel. The drama's lead stars Han Seok Kyu who played Kim Sa Bu, and Ahn Hyo Seop as Seo Woo Jin are confirmed to reprise their roles in the third installment.
The man behind the successful series, Yoo In Shik, is also the director in charge of "Dr. Romantic 3," and the drama is said to premiere in the last quarter of 2022. Other cast members are yet to be announced.
'Arthdal Chronicles'
Three years after it concluded, this fantasy-romance drama is finally having a second installment in 2023!
The production already confirmed that it will cost an estimated 10 billion KRW to create again a legendary set for the much-awaited series.
However, its original cast Song Joong Ki and Kim Ji Won are most likely to be replaced by Lee Joon Gi and Shin Se Kyung.
'Strong Woman Do Bong Soon'
Another fantasy rom-com drama is about to have a new season!
In May 2022, fans were surprised by the announcement that the hit drama "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon," which was led by Park Bo Young and Park Hyung Sik, is confirmed for a sequel titled "Strong Woman Kang Nam Soon."
In addition, the story will focus more on Bong Soon's cousin, Kang Nam Soon.
Interestingly, the breakout star and "All of Us Are Dead" actress Lee Yoo Mi will play the female lead and opposite her is idol-actor Ong Seong Wu.
'Squid Game'
The script is already in the works for this phenomenal and record-breaking K-drama!
Lead stars, Lee Jung Jae, Park Hae Soo, and Jung Ho Yeon, made headlines for their excellent performances, a collective factor why the TV series earned international recognition.
According to director Hwang Dong Hyuk, "Squid Game" Season 2 might be available in 2023 or 2024 as he has lots of things and details want to emphasize in the new sequel. Fans also should anticipate the additional stars to appear in the next season.
'Taxi Driver'
Lee Je Hoon is definitely returning to the small screen as he is set to headline again the upcoming "Taxi Driver" sequel, alongside his co-star Pyo Ye Jin. The duo is set to reprise their characters as Kim Do Gi and Ahn Go Eun.
However, due to a conflict of schedules, Esom will not join the cast.
Furthermore, the cast and crew of "Taxi Driver" Season 2 are expected to have their first script reading this coming June 12.
'D.P.'
Chaotic duo Jung Hae In and Goo Kyo Hwan are expected to steal the spotlight again with their chemistry in the original Netflix series and 58th Baeksang Arts Awards' Best Drama, "D.P."!

The release date of "D.P. Season 2" is yet to be confirmed.
'All of Us Are Dead'
Just a few months after it hit Netflix, this zombie-themed series is returning with season 2.
In the video released by the production, fans were intrigued about whether Lee Yoo Mi will participate in the second installment of the series as she is not seen in the promotional clip. But Yoon Chan Young, Cho Yi Hyun, Park Solomon, and Park Ji Hoo are already preparing to meet the fans again with more intense stories.
