As obtained by a news portal, Kim Tae Ri says that she is "lucky" to land on blockbuster films and Kdramas.
She shared that "every time something succeeds," she asks herself,"'how can I be so lucky? Where's the end of this luck?'"
For the actress, she considers three things as her key to achieving a smash hit project, adding that if one of these is lacking, things might not work out.
"Timing, luck, and the universe's energy all have to come together," she said.
The actress has come a long way since she made her debut in 2015. From supporting actress, Kim Tae Ri made a name for herself and is now considered one of the in-demand female leads of her generation.

She first starred in the movie "Moon Young" followed by the award-winning film "The Handmaiden." There, Kim Tae Ri stunned everyone with her superb acting skills and proved that she's the next K-drama's "It Girl."
Two years after starring in her smash hit series "Mr. Sunshine" with Lee Byung Hun, she returned with a bang and teamed up with Nam Joo Hyuk in the coming of age series "Twenty-Five Twenty-One."
As for the big screen, after "Space Sweepers" with Hallyu star Song Joong Ki, Kim Tae Ri headlines the star-studded cast of the sci-fi movie "Alien."

As the interview continued, Kim Tae Ri shared that she really wanted to join the project of director Choi Dong Hoon, who penned and helmed the upcoming film.
The 32-year-old star says it was an honor to work with the director behind the hit movies "The Thieves" and "Assassination."
"It was just really nice to have the opportunity to speak and act in his movie. I though, 'So soon?' I thought I was lucky and I thought I was really lucky," Kim Tae-ri said.
In the upcoming sci-fi movie, Kim Tae Ri took the role of Yi An, who is known for her ability to shoot like thunder.
The 2 part episode movie also stars Kim Woo Bin and Ryu Jun Yeol as lead stars with So Ji Sub, Honey Lee, Jo Woo Jin, Yeom Jung Ah, Kim Eui Sung, Shin Jung Geun, and Lee Si Hoon.
The star-studded movie is slated to premiere on July 20 and is expected to dominate the Korean box office.
