'Why Her?' Episode 15: Gong Chan Discovers Oh Soo Jae's Tragic Story
It was through Choi Yoon Sang (Bae In Hyuk) that Gong Chan found out that Choi Jae Yi (Han Joo Hyun) was Oh Soo Jae's daughter. He made sure to stay by her side as she grieved the death of her daughter.
On his way home, Gong Chan found a goodbye letter from Oh Soo Jae. While looking for her, the Legal Clinic Team with Chae Joon Hee (Cha Chung Hee) found Jeon Na Jung's uniform, which they could use as evidence for the trial.

Even with the evidence and witnesses they've gathered, Oh Soo Jae and Song Mi Rim (Lee Joo Woo) lost the first trial after their opponent revealed too much personal information about Soo Jae. Meanwhile, Choi Tae Guk promised to help Baek Jin Ki (Kim Chang Wan) to clear his name.
However, Tae Guk exposed Jin Ki during the trial and confessed he accepted the bribe for his own sake. Choi Tae Guk decided to change his statement after knowing that Kang Eun Soo is Baek Jin Ki's daughter and is in contact with Soo Jae and Yoon Se Pil (Choi Young Joon). During that time, Baek Jin Ki was furiius at Tae Guk for betraying him again.
Choi Tae Guk Guilty of Killing Park So Young
Oh Soo Jae, Song Mi Ram, Gong Chan, and the Legal Clinic Team returned for the second trial, with strong evidence that turned the tables.
During the trial, Oh Soo Jae flashed photos of Choi Tae Guk and Park So Young. The lawyer confessed that Mr. Choi had a secret affair with So Young and got her pregnant. She also confirmed it was TK Law Firm's chairman who caused Park So Young's death.
