Heo Sung Tae gives a strong warning against people impersonating him online. The "Squid Game" star took to social media as he called out fake accounts posing as him.

On Heo Sung Tae's Instagram, the 44-year-old actor posted the said account with IG handle @_heosungtae.__.

Interestingly, the actor wrote a caption that reads, "Do you wanna die? Not me," with a bomb emoji.

However, immediately after posting the fake account, netizens commented that the "account was gone" and became a fan page.

As for the person behind the account, the IG stories contain an explanation that he or she is not impersonating Heo Sung Tae.

On top of it, the fan page is also planning to delete the account after the actor gives his warning.

From 'Squid Game' Villain to Ji Sung's Trusted Ally in 'Adamas'

The 44-year-old star rises to stardom after landing the villain role in Netflix's "Squid Game." Fans were impressed by how Heo Sung Tae played the notorious gang leader Jang Deok Soo or a.k.a player no. 101.

At the height of the 9-episode of K-drama, he revealed that he has been receiving DMs from fans talking about the bathroom scene.

In a video released by The Swoon, Heo Sung Tae revealed how viewers were so invested with the story.

"[Fans] keep sending me messages on Instagram, telling me to take them to the restroom," he said.

It was the scene where his character, Jang Deok Soo was with Han Mi Nyeo, played by Kim Joo Ryoung, where they are doing the deed in the middle of the game.

In a separate interview, he revealed that not having a sex scene is one thing that he promised to his wife but it seems like it's all worth it since "Squid Game" is where his career skyrocketed.

After gaining fame in the Netflix series, Heo Sung Tae starred in multiple K-dramas and movies. He appeared in "The Silent Sea" as the Republic of Korea Space Aviation leader, Kim Jae Seon alongside Gong Yoo and Bae Doona.

Adding to the list of his projects after "Squid Game," viewers also witnessed him portray various roles in the historical K-drama "Bloody Heart," "Insider" and his current series "Adamas" where he took the role of undercover agent Choi Tae Sung.

In the crime-thriller series, he disguised himself as the General Manager of security at Haesong Mansion but is working for the police to investigate the chairman's activities.

However, he crosses paths with Ha Woo Shin, a renowned novel writer, played by Ji Sung, who was hired by the chairman to work on his book.

In "Adamas" Choi Tae Sung has no choice but to team up with Ha Woo Shin as the duo has the same mission.

As for movies, Heo Sung Tae is also starring in the espionage action movie, "Hunt," directed by his "Squid Game" co-star Lee Jung Jae.
