In a recent episode, the SBS show featured singer Cha Jongwon and his fiancee, model Maria appeared as guests where they spoke about true feelings about the upcoming wedding and their experience with miscarriage.

Maria revealed that she suffered from insomnia after pregnancy loss Moreover, she also shared that she blamed herself for losing their first baby and thinks that she didn't do her part as a mother.

Trying to comfort the bride-to-be, Eugene expressed how she understands the model because she also underwent this kind of heartwrenching situation.

"It's not uncommon to see miscarriage happen these days," she said, adding, "I had one too and there are many women who blame themselves for it. However, I believe that it's not the case."

"The Penthouse" star wished Maria recovery both emotionally and physically.

"I hope you can bounce back from the sorrow soon. I believe you could recover quickly given your young age."

Eugene is happily married to celebrity husband Ki Tae Young after tying the knot in 2011.

The couple is blessed with two wonderful kids, Kim Ro Hee and Kim Ro Rin, aged 7 and 4.

During the birth of her first child, Eugene pointed out her similarities with her husband saying that she looked a lot more like her father, adding "He is very satisfied with that."

Eugene on Marriage With Ki Tae Young

In 2020, ahead of the blockbuster K-drama "The Penthouse" Eugene candidly shares a glimpse of her life as a wife to Ki Tae Young.

During her guest appearance in SBS's "My Ugly Duckling," the singer-actress revealed how comfortable they are with each other to the point that he would pass gas in front of the actress.

However, for Eugene, they are at the stage where she wouldn't mind these things, showing how at ease they are with each other.

"I'm not awkward about that kind of thing, so it happened really naturally after we became close."

Moreover, she also mentioned that they have been comfortable even before marriage, hinting that they didn't have major adjustments from dating to married life.

"To be honest, I don't even remember. It's already been a long time since we got married, but I think we were already at that stage before when we were still dating."

In a separate interview, Eugene dishes how affectionate her husband is. In a 2021 episode of SBS's "Same Bed Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny," the actress and mom-of-two shared that their friends named them "super glue couple" because they are inseparable.

She revealed that Ki Tae Young is conservative but isn't shy about expressing his feelings physically.

Despite being busy with the mom life, Eugene continues to appear on the small screen with several projects.
