Based on the novel of the same name, the tvN K-drama follows the story of a skilled physician who was accused of killing the King and was exiled from the town.
On his journey, he accidentally meets a local physician Kye Ji Han (King Sang Kyung) who became his mentor.
'Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist' Episode 10: Yoo Se Poong Saves Royal Inspector Jo Shin Woo for the Second Time
The tenth episode continues when the royal inspector was attacked by an unidentified man. He thinks that the man was second by the second state counselor and plans on killing him.
However, a man from behind stabbed him, which made it impossible to get out alive in the woods.

Fortunately, Yoo Se Poong and Lady Seo Eun Woo think that Jo Shin Woo was missing and head to the middle of the woods to find him. Yoo Se Poong saw the weakened royal inspector and could barely talk or move.
At the clinic, the royal inspector tells the young physician that no one must find out that he is alive. Yoo Se Poong and Lady Seo kept things under the radar even to their family at Gyesoo clinic.
For the second time, the royal inspector was saved by Yoo Se Poong. With this, he warned Yoo Se Poong that he had to take Eun Woo and leave the town since the second state counselor is after him.

Yoo Se Poong Reunites with the King
In "Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist" episode 10, the young physician was reunited with the new King.
Kye Ji Han is unaware that he is speaking with the royal who chose not to identify himself. However, upon seeing the young King, Yoo Se Poong bowed his head and asked the royal his purpose of going to the small town.
The King asked him a favor to treat a court maid whom he thinks knew the incident about the late King. Moreover, he also asked Yoo Se Poong to uncover the truth.
Seeing the court maid, Yoo Se Poong believes that she was traumatized; hence her unusual behavior.
After her condition won't respond to acupuncture or even herbal medicines, Yoo Se Poong brought her to their former home.
Wol, the court maid, recalled the happy times with her father. There, she was able to tell Yoo Se Poong that a man wearing a butterfly jade killed Commissioner Yoo, his father. He recalled the royal inspector wearing the butterfly jade, as what the court maid described.
At the time, the second state counselor and his men arrived at the area, but thankfully, Yoo Se Poong and Lady Seo were able to escape.
However, they saw the lifeless court maid lying on the ground and saw Jo Shin Woo wearing the butterfly jade and holding a bloodied sword.
