Just like the "Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha" star, Seo Ye Ji almost ruined her career after being embroiled in gaslighting and other controversies involving ex-boyfriend Kim Jung Hyun as well as her education and treatment of her staff.

While her agency clarified the issue, she decided to drop out from the upcoming K-drama "Island."

The actress is set to star along with Kim Nam Hee, Cha Eun Woo, and Sung Joon for the OCN action thriller series which is slated to be released with two seasons.

At the time, reports cited that the production team might have to fully revamp the character if another actor takes on her role.

It was "The Beauty Inside" star Lee Da Hee who replaced Seo Ye Ji as Won Mi Ho.

Han So Hee

One of the actresses with back-to-back projects, Han So Hee had to leave the action crime film "Gentleman" due to health issues.

Her agency, 9ato Entertainment released a statement confirming that the actress will be dropping out of the upcoming movie to recover from severe fatigue and take a break from her busy schedule.

"Gentlemen" stars Ju Ji Hoon with his new female lead Choi Sung Eun from "The Sound of Magic."
