Ber months are here, which means more entertaining and exciting K-dramas are set to premiere this September 2022.
While hot series such as "Extraordinary Attorney Woo" and "Alchemy of Souls" wrapped up the season with their respective successful finales, and Lee Jong Suk and Girls' Generation's YoonA's "Big Mouth" is set to big goodbye with its upcoming final week, three new K-dramas will make their debut from September 11 to 17!
Here are three new K-dramas that every fan should look forward to this September.
'Mental Coach Jegal'
Release Date: September 12, 2022
Featuring an interesting cast lineup starring Jung Woo, Kwon Yool, "Squid Game" and Emmy Award winner Lee Yoo Mi, Park Se Young, Cha Soon Bae, Moon You Kang, Choi Hee Jin, and more, "Mental Coach Jegal," is the newest comedy sports K-drama that depicts the story of a former national athlete.
Je Gal Gil, played by Jung Woo is one of the best and renowned Taekwondo athletes who ditched the sport because of a controversy.
After recovering from a slump, he becomes a mental coach to help athletes like him to bounce back.
In "Mental Coach Jegal," he meets Cha Ga Eul, played by Lee Yoo Mi, who use to be a short-track speed skating gold medalist but chose to turn back on the sport she once loved.
"Mental Coach Jegal" will showcase how Je Gal Gil helps him and the athletes get back to the field as they deal with their inner wounds.
The upcoming series is helmed by "Princess Lulu," and "When My Love Blooms" director Son Jung Hyun, along with screenwriter Kim Ban Di who worked with the w2015 K-drama Angry Mom.
"Mental Coach Jegal" is available on tvN and Viki with 16 episodes in total.
'Once Again'
Release Date: September 15, 2022
From sports themed to romance fantasy, another K-drama set to premiere this second week of September is the BL drama "Once Again."
Starring Lee Hyun Jun, Moon Ji Yong, Kang Woo Jung and more. The upcoming series follows the story of a man suffering from his childhood trauma and mysteriously finds himself living in his past.

This is where he meets a male law student who turned out to be the person he cares about the most.
"Once Again" will debut on September 15, airing every Wednesday through Viki.
'Blind'
Release Date: September 16, 2022
Probably one of the highly anticipated team-ups, 2PM's Taecyeon, Ha Seok Jin, and Apink's EunJi will be the lead stars of "Blind."
The 16-part episode series depicts the story of the trio who found themselves in the middle of a serial murder case involving jury members as the victims.
In the K-drama, they are set to unveil the truth behind the series of deaths.
The mystery thriller series will premiere on September 16 with broadcast dates every Friday and Saturday via tvN.
