'The Law Cafe' Recovers From Stagnant Viewership Ratings
After a slight dip in viewership ratings, Lee Seung Gi and Lee Se Young's regains its momentum!
On September 27, "The Law Cafe" closed the first half of its broadcast, releasing the drama's eighth episode.
In the new episode, Kim Yu Ri (Lee Se Young) and Kim Jeong Ho's (Lee Seung Gi) relationship became more rocky as the former discovers the truth behind her ex-lover's family, and their involvment to his father's unjust sentence in the past.
The KBS drama recorded an average rating of 6.5% nationwide, taking the No. 1 spot among other Monday and Tuesday dramas.
Although "The Law Cafe" was 0.6% lower than its score during the pilot episode, the drama successfully rose from its fluctuating streak.

With this, the production unit of the series hopes to record a new high score as "The Law Cafe" enters its second half of broadcast.
Is 'The Law Cafe' Lee Seung Gi and Lee Se Young's First Flop Project?
Known for their A-graded works such as "Vagabond," "The Red Sleeve," "A Korean Odyssey" and more, Lee Seung Gi and Lee Se Young are put under the microscope for their newest romance series.
Unlike the previously mentioned dramas, "The Law Cafe" falls short in comparison due to its poor rating streak and weak reception from the fans.
However, the production unit believes that Lee Seung Gi and Lee Se Young's work is a masterpiece that best represents the broadcast network KBS.

Compared to the preceding dramas such as "Love All Play," "Crazy Love" and "Jinxed At First," Lee Seung Gi and Lee Se Young's drama managed to stir the global entertainment scene.
The drama also continues to dominate the trends each week, proving its popularity. In particular, "The Law Cafe" also became the top rated drama among other cable channels.
Even more so, it is the most watched drama in Asia, taking the No. 1 spot in countries like Thailand, the Philippines and Singapore.
