Park Yoo Chun's Request To Continue His Activities Gets Rejected by Court
Based on a news release by a media outlet on September 27, Park Yoo Chun's request to cancel his broadcast ban was rejected by the 50th Civil Division of the Seoul District Court.
To recall, in 2021, the idol-actor embroiled in a controversy with his former agency Re: Cielo, which was established by the manager whom Yoo Chun had worked with for a long time.
Following the disagreement, the "Sungkyungkwan Scandal" lead star faced a legal battle with Yesperar, the agency to which Re: Cielo transferred the management rights of the former JYJ member.
It has been said that during those time, Park Yoo Chun was accused by his agency of breaching the contract when he signed with a company in Japan while his contract with the Korean agency was not yet over, which is said to end in 2024.
