From "Business Proposal" to "Reborn Rich," 2022 gave us plenty of good shows. But have you seen Im Siwan's "Summer Strike"? Or Yuri's "Good Job"?
Listed below are some of the underrated 2022 K-dramas, but have great storylines!
1. 'Good Job'
SNSD's Yuri and Jung Il Woo returned to the small screen through this action-comedy series. Though it did not receive high ratings during its run, the drama and its cast received recognition from viewers.
This follows the story of Don Se Ra, a kind-hearted lady who was born with hyperacuity. To hide her condition, she always wears glasses anywhere she goes.
She then meets Eun Seon Woo, a smart and sometimes rude CEO of Eun Kang Group. They join forces to find the culprit behind Seon Woo's mother's death.
2. 'Gaus Electronics'
It features the lives of employees in the Marketing team of Gaus Electronics. Cha Nae Rae (Ko Sung Hee), a hot-tempered assistant manager, always clashes with her junior Lee Sang Sik (Kwak Dong Yeon), who often causes trouble unintentionally.
Other stars you can watch in this series are Kang Min Ah, Bae Hyun Sun, and Sazal Mahamud.
3. 'Once Upon A Small Town'

One day, Han Ji Yul (Choo Yeong Woo), a veterinarian in Seoul, receives a call from his grandfather, which makes him move to the countryside. He joins an animal clinic in Huidong village.
While on his newfound journey, he meets Ahn Ha Young (Red Velvet Joy), a bubbly police officer, and starts to develop special feelings for her.
4. 'Cheer Up'
Due to her family's financial problems, Do Hae Yi (Han Ji Hyun) places a priority on making money rather than school. However, one day, she finds herself joining their campus university cheering squad Theia. She only joins the club for money, but later on, finds her true purpose in life as she meets Park Jung Woo (Bae In Hyuk) and other squad members.
5. 'May I Help You'
This MBC series follows the story of Baek Dong Joo (Lee Hyeri), who works as a funeral director. She has the ability to talk to dead people, who ask her to grant their last wish. If she doesn't fulfill their wishes, Dong Joo's day becomes filled with bad luck.
6. 'Summer Strike'
After years of working in the city, Lee Yeo Reum (Seolhyun) decides to resign from her work and leave her stressful life for good. She makes a bold decision to move to a small seaside village named Angok. She then meets the reserved librarian An Dae Beom (Im Siwan), and starts a new exciting journey with him and the other villagers.
7. 'Seasons of Blossom'

Based on a webtoon novel, this is an ongoing series that follows the love story of Han So Mang and Lee Ha Min.
A young student-teacher returns to her high school and reminisces her first love, who died in an accident. She meets his younger brother, and as the two interact. They find closure about the tragic accident that happened six years ago.
