Authorities continued to investigate Yoo Ah In's drug case, and have found four types of substances in his body.

The actor remains the talk of the town as the "Seoul Vibe" star undergoes the police probe due to suspicion of propofol use. After a series of tests, police revealed the fourth drug found on Yoo Ah In's body.

According to TV Chosun's News 9, the award-winning star had also tested positive for cocaine and ketamine, based on his hair strand test.

The said tests detect the most popular drugs for up to 90 days. Unfortunately for Yoo Ah In's case, components in his hair follicle test results include not just two but four substances, including propofol.

Following the update regarding the actor's drug tests, the authorities are investigating his ketamine prescription records to see whether he used it habitually.

To recall, it has been found that Yoo Ah In habitually used propofol since early 2021. Based on the investigation, the actor had taken propofol from January 4, 2021 to December 23, 2021, with a total of 73 times.

According to outlets, propofol is used in a hospital setting which helps a patient who is about to undergo surgery keep asleep during general anesthesia. Moreover, it also slows the activity of the brain and nervous system.

As for his urine tests, which were first released by the police, the "Chicago Typewriter" star tests positive for marijuana, which is considered illegal for recreational use in Korea.

With the ongoing probe, authorities are also planning to summon Yoo Ah In back in for further questioning for drug charges as early as next week.

As Yoo Ah In's drug case continues, the media and the public thinks that it is highly likely that his current and upcoming projects will be affected by the controversy.

At the height of the propofol suspicion, brands reportedly pulled out commercials and advertisements of the South Korean top star.

Although his agency, United Arts Agency, said that the actor "has been faithfully cooperating with the investigation," the showbiz industry is panicking over the news regarding Yoo Ah In's drug charges.

According to Korea Times, the upcoming Netflix movie, "The Match," which was scheduled to be released in the first half of this year, might have a delay in its premiere.

The same goes for his other projects "Hi.5" and "Goodbye Earth," which are set to be released in the first half of 2023.
