According to a source, the "Rebound" star is not dating anyone and is currently single. He might be focusing more on his career since he is preparing for his much-awaited drama return in "Dr. Romantic 3."
The medical-romance series is set to release this coming April 28 on SBS. Adding to his upcoming work, Lee Shin Young will also star in the soon-to-release series "Boss Dol Mart," where he will collaborate with various young artists namely MONSTA X's Hyungwon, EXO's Xiumin, Choi Jung Woon, Choi Won Myeong, Lee Sae On, and Kim Sha Na.
