Following the huge media hype, Netflix officially unveiled "Black Knight," starring Kim Woo Bin.
Directed and written by Cho Ui Seok of "The World of Silence" and the 2016 movie "Master," the comic-based series revolves around the future where Earth is engulfed with polluted air.
Kim Woo Bin took on the role of legendary delivery man 5-8. He is known to be the strongest among his peers and is basically more than just a delivery guy.
Where to Watch Kim Woo Bin's New Drama 'Black Knight'
The long wait is over for fans as Kim Woo Bin returns to the small screen with an interesting K-drama. A year after "Our Blues" was released, the Hallyu star transformed into 5-8 in "Black Knight."
He stars alongside Esom as Defense Intelligence Command Major Seol Ah and Song Seung Heon as the Cheonmyeong Group heir, Ryu Seok.
Adding to the list of "Black Knight" cast members are Kang Yoo Seok as the rebellious refugee Sa Wol and Kim Eui Sung as Grandpa, Sa Wol's longtime guardian and an all-around mechanic.
Released on May 12, Kim Woo Bin's new drama received a massive response from the public, making it one of the current most watched tv shows on Netflix.
Viewers will get to see the 6-episode series exclusively on Netflix.

The drama begins when a comet accidentally hits Earth, killing 99 percent of the human population.
As for the survivors, they struggled to live after the Korean Peninsula was greatly affected by the natural calamity.
As a result, the air becomes populated, and people rely on oxygen tanks in order to survive.
With the scarcity of clean air, oxygen emerged as the most valuable resource. This is where the responsibility of delivery men takes place, as they have to make sure that the right individuals receive the delivery.
