Kim Hye Soo talked about one thing she was worried about after getting offered the lead role in "Smugglers."
The action-crime film is gaining the public's attention as the upcoming movie stars award-winning and veteran actors. In addition, "Smugglers" features an interesting story that focuses on the drug syndicate during the 1970s.
Directed by Ryu Seung Wan of "Veteran," "The Battleship Island," and "Escape from Mogadishu," the upcoming movie is headlined by Kim Hye Soo, Jo In Sung, Yung Jung Ah, Go Min Si, Park Jung Min, and Kim Jong Soo.
Interestingly, before officially hitting the big screen, Kim Hye Soo shared her experience filming "Smugglers."

As obtained by a media outlet, Kim Hye Soo got the offer after filmmaker R & K CEO, Kang Hye Jeong, the production company behind the movie, told her about "Smugglers."
The actress revealed that what caught her attention was the movie's setting, which happens during the 1970s, and focuses on haenyeos, or the "women of the sea," who got involved in a smuggling ring.
"After reading the scenario, I felt that the relationship between the characters was more fun," she said.
The long wait is over for fans as "Smugglers" is set to premiere this month. The star-studded movie will officially hit theaters on July 26.
