Choi Sooyoung and Jeon Hye Jin graced Elle Korea to talk about their chemistry in the newly released K-drama "Not Others."
In the 16-part episode rom-com series, the story focuses on the main character's mother-daughter relationship.
Moreover, "Not Others" also showcases how a single mother, who gave birth at a young age managed to raise her daughter alone.
As mentioned by the publication, the 46-year-old beauty shared how "Not Others" helped her know more about the Girls' Generation member.
Before working together in the rom-com K-drama, Jeon Hye Jin said she only knew Choi Sooyoung as a K-pop star.
"I had a video call with an acquaintance a long time ago. I was grateful for the news that she was my fan, but at that time she was like 'Girls' Generation' to me," she said, adding that through the ENA series, she became close with Choi Sooyoung.
"With this work, she became so close that she wondered if she could be comfortable like this, and after filming, the relationship became less like a stranger," she explained.
Released on July 17, "Not Others" airs every Monday and Tuesday via ENA, Hulu, and Viki for global audiences.
