Song Geon Hee Lauded for Playing As Kim Tae Seong in 'Lovely Runner'
Song Geon Hee continues to experience a sudden surge of fame since starring in the hit romance drama "Lovely Runner."
On May 28, "Lovely Runner" officially closed its curtain and satisfied the viewers with its happy ending. From the script to directing to execution, as especially its brilliant actor lineup, the public has nothing but praise for the drama team.
In the drama, Song Geon Hee played as the second, lead Kim Tae Seong. He is a rebellious yet gentleman friend of Im Sol (Kim Hye Yoon). In one timeline, he dated Im Sol and became close a friend in another.
While Tae Seong and Im Sol weren't endgame, he proved to be an exceptional and lovable character.
By the end of the series, he became a detective, saved Ryu Sun Jae (Byeon Woo Seok), and attempted to catch the serial killer Kim Young Soo.

Before, netizens were initially skeptical about the changes. But Kim Tae Seong was a new addition who particularly enhanced the K-Drama.
Viewers were impressed that even though he was created for the adaptation, he became an important character.
Many were captivated by his charm, and was even dubbed as the "Best Second Lead."
As the drama approached its finale, viewers realized that many of the changes made for the drama adaptation were for the better, and Kim Tae Seong is undoubtedly one of these.
