‘The Player 2: Master of Swindlers’ Episode 5: Nana, More Join Hands With Song Seung Heon to Rob Ryu Hwa Young

'The Player 2: Master of Swindlers' Episode 5: Kang Ha Ri Begins Operation to Set Trap to Baek Hyun Mi

In his episode, retribution was carried out against Director Baek Hyun Mi (Ryu Hwa Young), the troubleshooter of Korea's VVIPs, who led Min Won Jun (Han Seo Won) to probation for causing an innocent death due to drunk driving. She was using the paintings in her gallery to commit bribery and illegal transactions.

Accordingly, Kang Ha Ri disguised as author Damian Lee, a graduate of the British Royal Academy and a rising star attracted Baek Hyun Mi's attention.

In addition, they recruited famous art influencer Eun Ha (Nana) and Jonathan (Kim Young Chu), a real British Royal Academy alumni, as allies, and Cha Je Yi (Jang Gyu Ri) recruited Jeon Jeong Ho (Jeon Hyun Moo).

He prepared to trap Hyun Mi by visiting her and requesting a piece of art for a large sum of money.

However, she was suspicious of Damian Lee, and called prosecutor Kwak Do Soo (Ha Do Kwon) and tried to expose Lee's fraudulent activities. But all of this was Kang Ha Ri's plan.

Jeong Ho, who joined forces with the players, deliberately revealed that Damian Lee was a fraudster and provoked Baek Hyun Mi into confessing that she received the money from the WQ Group chairman in exchange for Min Won Jun's case and recorded the incident.

In addition, Cha Je Yi, who infiltrated Hyun Mi's storage room while hiding in Damian Lee's new Trojan Horse produced by Jeong Ho, replaced all the works stored there with copies of paintings that Hyun Mi sold while looking after the conglomerates, and even inserted a bribe ledger.

Later on, Baek Hyun Mi's actions were exposed, and was arrested in the spectacular performance of punishment prepared by the criminals.

As a result, the drunk hit-and-run she committed was exposed in public and Min Won Jun, who was trying to flee abroad, was also arrested, the players' operation ended successfully.

However, the players did not stop there and visited Lee Sang Wook's parents, who unfairly lost their son's life due to the accident, and donated 200 million won in the name of the scholarship foundation.

Meanwhile, Kang Ha Ri began to have doubts about President Choi Sang Ho. The players found out that Sang Ho was involved in Jung So Min's past lover, and fell into agony, suspecting his connection to their final target, Jeffrey Jeong.
