Kim Jong Kook Pokes Fun at His Virtual Plastic Surgery Photo: ‘It’s Ugly’

Kim Jong Kook was taken aback after seeing himself having plastic surgery. 

With the latest technology and artificial intelligence that the public can access, it's now easier to visualize the possible outcome if one chooses to go under the knife. 

There are stars who have admitted that they had plastic surgery to enhance their features.  Not only that, but going under the knife has been a trend nowadays.

Interestingly, the singer-entertainer became target of the group's experiment after hosts Lee Sang Min and Lee Dong Gun poked fun at Kim Jong Kook. 

Kim Jong Kook Terrified With His Virtual Plastic Surgery Look

In an episode of SBS' "My Little Old Boy," the hosts visited a plastic surgery clinic where Kim Jong Kook's older brother works as the director.

Interestingly, the celebrity's brother said that he wanted to give Kim Jong Kook a makeover to make him look like an idol.

The hosts were stunned after seeing a photo of him with different facial features after the virtual plastic surgery. 

"Me? I'm satisfied with my face," he said, who looked surprised after seeing the photo, adding, "Oh, it's ugly! It's strange. Ugh. It's so strange. Are you an alien or something? Your eyes look extremely big."

In the said photo, Kim Jong Kook's eyes appear bigger and have a slimmer nose and a slimmer jawline. 

According to him, he has told his brother about his concern, which is his eyes, and was wondering what he would look like if he had double eyelids.

"When I opened my eyes, I could feel that only one side (eyelids) was folded," he said, to which his older brother replied, "It will happen again," referring to the virtual plastic surgery. 

Interestingly, this is not the first time that Kim Jong Kook has talked about going under the knife. 

Kim Jong Kook Once Considered Having Plastic Surgery

Back in 2018, an episode of "My Little Old Boy" featured the comedian-host visiting his brother's clinic on his birthday.

According to him, there were speculations that he had plastic surgery since his older brother is a doctor whose specialty is face reconstruction. 

"But you know that I do nothing for my appearance. I don't even get skin care," he added. 

He also added that it might be weird for some if they see him with a new look. 

"It's been a long time since I debuted. It's going to be really weird if I get plastic surgery and be on screen."
