Kim Hee Sun Reveals How Song Hye Kyo Played Cupid After The 'Descendants of the Sun'
In a recent episode of tvN's "Whatcha Up to," actress Kim Hee Sun shared an endearing story of friendship, revealing how fellow actress Song Hye Kyo played an unexpected role in bringing her closer to Seo Jeong Yeon, following their time together on "Descendants of the Sun."

Kim Hee-seon, known for her roles in dramas like "The Lady in Dignity," reminisced about her encounters with Seo Jeong Yeon during a gathering with the cast of "Whatcha Up to" in Dongjak-gu, Seoul.
She described Seo Jeong Yeon as initially reserved, preferring to avoid the limelight despite her acting prowess.
It was during these casual meet-ups that Kim Hee-seon disclosed the unique connection that cemented their bond.
"We worked together on 'The Lady in Dignity'; we played sisters-in-law. I got a call from Song Hye Kyo while I was filming 'The Lady in Dignity.' It wasn't long after Song Hye Kyo had wrapped up filming 'Descendants of the Sun' with Seo Jeong Yeon. Song Hye Kyo told me how much she liked Seo Jeong Yeon and really hoped we would become close. So, I approached her during our shoot, mentioned Song Hye Kyo's call, and that's how we became friends."
