On December 18, Hyun Bin made a memorable appearance on tvN's "You Quiz On The Block," where he participated in his first talk show in 13 years.

During the episode, he discussed his romantic work with onscreen wife Son Yejin and his foray into fatherhood.

Their answers revealed they were ambiguous about their relationship, and when asked how it started, Hyun Bin described it in this way.

"We started having conversations and did a few projects together, so it's kind of hard to pinpoint when we started. We were still in contact even once the project was finished, so it came quite naturally."

Hyun Bin also explained that it wasn't only during professional events that they got close.

He further said, "We met in person occasionally, for advertisement shoots and for many other things, so it became like this."

Hyun Bin had a heartfelt moment when he mentioned their young son, sharing some of the joys and trials of parenthood.

"I have a lot of time with my child, and I try to schedule time around him. You know, he came over here and had a little temperature, so I was just thinking about it."

He added that his 2 year old son looks like her too.

Hyun Bin opened up about family with relation to work-life balance and touched a grey area with a side of a sweet family man way, which resonated on viewers amid the popularity that Hyun Bin carries.

Apart from the previous personal revelations, his physical appearance has made headlines because of his next movie, "Harbin," which also adds to the buzz among fans.
