Hollywood has lost another star yet again.....
Legendary actor and Academy Award winner Philip Seymour Hoffman was found dead in his apartment at Greenwich Village in New York, and now celebrities are taking to Twitter to pay their respects to the actor.
Police speculated that that the cause of death is likely drug overdose were in the actor was found holding a needle in his arm and an apparent heroin was found.
The New York Medical Examiner will perform an autopsy verifiying the exact cause of his death and will be conducted on Monday.
Known for his various roles in movies such as Doubt, Synecdoche, New York, Savages, Money Ball, The Master, and recently The Hunger Games: Catching Fire as Plutarch Heavensbee.
The 46-year-old actor won an Academy Award for Best Actor for his role in the 2005 biographical film Capote, and received three Academy Award nominations for Best Supporting Actor, and three Tony Awards in his theatre works.
Many Hollywood stars and personalities such as Ben Stiller, Jim Carrey, Anna Kendrick, Justin Timberlake and among others mourn for his death and express their respects by tweeting on their personal Twitter accounts.
