Paul Walker's death was sudden but he apparently had a will that leaves his $25 million estate to his daughter, Meadow. According to E! News, the Fast and the Furious actor's will states that his 15-year-old daughter is the sole beneficiary of everything.
The will was created and signed in 2001, when Walker appeared in the first Fast and the Furious movie. It does not have any mention of family other than Meadow getting anything, but it further states that Walker named his father, also named Paul Walker, as the executor of the will. It also requests that Cheryl Walker, his mother, be appointed the guardian of the $25 million, as well as Meadow's guardian. It is unclear how Cheryl will become guardian however, as Meadow is currently living in Hawaii with her mother, Walker's ex-girlfriend, Rebecca Soteros.
Walker, who died at 40, had Meadow when he was 25 years old, and she has lived with her mother until recently. The father and daughter only started living full-time in California before Walker's death. In an interview with US Weekly two weeks before his death, the actor told the magazine that life with Meadow was perfect. He said, "I'm glad I had her at 25, because at 40 and 15, we're matching up pretty sweet. It's just working."
Walker died last November 30 in a fiery car accident in Santa Clarita, California. He passed away instantly when the Porsche he was riding in with his friend Roger Rodas crashed into a pole and a tree on Hercules Street.
The star will still be seen in the upcoming Fast & Furious 7 movie. He was able to film scenes before he passed away, and the movie's production crew will be making use of them. Director James Wan and production outfit Universal reportedly will be writing Walker off the franchise with a happy ending.
