Konami has confirmed what everyone including "Metal Gear Solid" creator himself has been saying all along. "Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes" looks better on PS4 compared to the Xbox One version.

In a previous article, we talked about how Game Informer and Hideo Kojima said that the PS4 version of "Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes" is better looking than the Xbox One version.

Discussing the game's graphics after a hands-on playtest, Game Informer states in its latest issue that "Kojima Productions' hard work under the hood pays off in the graphics department," noting the Fox Engine's impressive lighting and the sight of "watchtowers [crumbling] to hundreds of pieces with an RPG shot" is amazing.

Game Informer later states that "Kojima notes that MGS V looks slightly better on the PS4 compared to the Xbox One, something we also noted before he mentioned it."

And it looks like they were right as the PS4 version of "Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes" is rendered at 1080p compared to 720p render of Xbox One!

Konami has confirmed that the PS4 version "Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes" will run at 1080p and 60 fps, the Xbox One version will run at 720p and 60 fps while the current gen PS3 and Xbox 360 will run at 720p (scaled) and at 30fps. They also released comparison shots of the current gen versions vs the next gen versions.
