Actor and director Yoo Ji Tae was nominated for the new director's award in the 2014 Choon Sa film awards. Previously, Yoo Ji Tae for his first long form film "Mai Ratima" has received the grand award in the 15th Asia film festival which took place in France. The film "Mai Ratima" was written and directed by actor Yoo Ji Tae. It is a melodrama of a man named Soo Young and a woman named Mai Ratima who comes to Korea with her Korean dream. Yoo Ji Tae has been establishing his works as a director including the short film "Invite."
