'The Last Of Us' Movie Confirmed While Winning 241 'Game Of The Year 2013' Awards For Naughty Dog! Beating 'GTA V' And 'BioShock Infinite'!

Naughty Dog's "The Last of Us" is widely regarded as one of the best games of this generation, mostly due to its incredible story. Now, it seems that non-gamers won't miss out on the incredible story of "The Last of Us" as it is getting turned into a movie!

Screen Gems has signed on to distribute a live-action adaptation of the PlayStation 3 videogame from Naughty Dog, "The Last Of Us". Neil Druckmann, the Creative Director for the game, will write the script. The creative architects will be Naughty Dog co-presidents Evan Wells and Christophe Balestra, as well as Druckmann and Game Director Bruce Straley. They'll team with Sam Raimi and his Ghost House Pictures banner.

It comes to no surprise that one of the most lauded games of 2013 is receiving a big-screen adaptation, plus it's a zombie movie, a theme that almost always put butts in seats.

Speaking of the most lauded games of 2013, "The Last of Us" won an astounding 241 "Game of the year award" from different publications and media outlets!
