"Generation of Youth" staff explained about the controversy around Jin Se Yeon's duplicate appearances.
On a phone conversation with XSports, the staff said on March 10th that the filming in Hungary for Dr. Stranger was already agreed to with the staff. Currently, Jin Se Yeon is acting in "Generation of Youth."
Jin Se Yeon has been in the role of female protagonist Kim Ok Ryun in the SBS Wednesday/Thursday special drama "Generation of Youth" that has been broadcast since March 1st.
From May, Jin Se Yeon will be in the SBS drama "Dr. Stranger." However, instead of being in the filming set of "Generation of Youth" filmed on March 4th, she went to Hungary to film "Dr. Stranger" and has been in a topic of controversy between KBS and SBS on the matter of duplicate filming.
On this day, KBS also said that, "The controversy surrounding Jin Se Yeon's duplicate appearances arose from a misunderstanding." Currently, there are talks with SBS and they're trying to resolve it in the best way possible.
Meanwhile, "Generation of Youth" will end on April 3rd and "Dr. Stranger" will be broadcast in May.
