Take-Two Interactive, a publisher for Grand Theft Auto has sued two websites for the "fake update" on the Beta Test of Grand Theft Auto V with the help of World Intellectual Property Organization or WIPO. In fact their is no Beta Test of GTA V for the PC.

The two websites were identified as www.gta5betacode.com and www.grandtheftauto5beta.com and according to reports by Fusible they claimed to have the keys to the beta test. The two websites function as legitimate websites with a Facebook and YouTube Pages.

An email doing the rounds will ask people to click on a URL and download a .zip file containing a malware. Here is the picture below.

Take-Two has been busy legally shutting them down, having won victories in February this year against getgtavbeta.com and betagtav.com

The publishing group filed two more complaints this week against gta5betacode.com and grandtheftauto5beta.com, taking its number of open cases to four.
