Tamara Ecclestone Glamorous Post Birth: Tamara Ecclestone gave birth to her first daughter on Monday. The baby girl is named Sophia to take on the surname, Ecclestone Rutland.

According to Yahoo, the socialite 'gave birth to her daughter at the London's private Portland Hospital (a favorite among celebs) a couple of days ago.'

To announce the news that her baby has popped out, the 29-year-old brunette took on to Twitter on Tuesday, posting "'Welcome to the world Sophia, our beautiful baby girl, born yesterday 6lb 9oz. Proudest day of our lives, never felt love like this. X.'

With this, the heiress shared a picture of herself and her newborn showing her looking unbelievably glamorous post birth self.

Daily Mail reported that 'a spokesperson for Tamara told the MailOnline that the image had been taken by Jay on his camera phone and no stylist had been present. The beautiful brunette is seen gazing down at her daughter while her hair falls in very blow-dried curls around her face. And it seems she also had a full face of make-up as she revealed flawless skin, long lashes and rose tinted lips. On her bare chest lay her long awaited daughter, who showed off an impressive head of dark hair just like her mothers. She then shared another picture, this time alongside Jay which she touchingly captioned: 'Three musketeers forever. Love my little family x.'

Tamara, who had painted her nails pink for the occasion, was last seen out and about on Saturday with her husband Jay Rutland looking simple radiant.'

Ecclestone is married to broker Jay Rutland. Glamour reported that the couple got engaged in Dubai last year after a whirlwind four-week romance, and celebrated their union with a beachside bash in St Tropez last summer.

According to Hello Magazine, in early January, the couple took a 'babymoon' in Gstaad to have some quality time together before starting their family.

Tamara was visited by her 25-year-old sister Petra with her daughter Lavinia on Wednesday. Looking effortlessly glamorous, Petra was seen wearing a pair of black, over-sized sunglasses, the mother-of-one clearly took her dutiful role as an aunt seriously arriving in style, but dressed for a practical visit.

Usually seen in the best designer dresses, she instead opted for a comfortable black tracksuit as she carried her baby in her arms, as reported by Daily Mail.

Proud grandfather Bernie Ecclestone also arrived at the hospital with wife Fabiana Flosi to visit the new born.
