Well here are some good news Final Fantasy fans, Final Fantasy XV's development is going smoothly and answers to the rumored third game in Final Fantasy X-3 have been confirmed.

Final Fantasy XV along with Kingdom Hearts 3 have been one of the most anticipated developments of this year as Square Enix will prepare new updates and presentations for both games in the coming E3 2014. There already block buster additions to Kingdom Hearts 3 as they added Star Wars and Marvel characters and a release date of the third game.

According to Gameranx, the development of Final Fantasy XV as stated by Final Fantasy director and producer Yoshinori Kitase "Going Well." It was weird coming from Kitase himself who in recent reports backed out Final Fantasy XV to start a new project for Square Enix. Maybe this is Yoshinori Kitase way of supporting the game despite leaving it. No doubt Final Fantasy XV will make an impact this coming E3 2014.

As for the rumored Final Fantasy X-3 game, well according Square Enix, they have no plans on making a third game in the Final Fantasy X series. Yoshinori Kitase said in an interview with Famitsu magazine that he wanted to create an all new entry in the FF series rather than retread old ground.

Square Enix Senior Executive Managing officer Shinji Hashimoto was recently interviewed by SGCafe about the Final Fantasy X-3. He stated that.

"That's not really our intentions with including the audio episode. Since we're revisiting Final Fantasy X and X-2, which were released about 10 years ago, the series' scenario writer Kazushige Nojima and character designer Tetsuya Nomura had a discussion and thought that the HD Remaster release would be a good opportunity for them to include this additional story episode [and expand upon the universe a little further]. But the audio episode's inclusion wasn't because we have any plans to develop a Final Fantasy X-3."

Now that FFX-3 is a no go, fans will be more excited to see what Square Enix has in store for the Final Fantasy fans on Final Fantasy XV at E3 2014.
