Actress Lee Young Ae shared her stand on filming the new MBC drama "Dae Jang Geum 2." On April 28, 2014, Actress Lee Young Ae shared her views on the possibility of starring for "Dae Jang Geum 2" in a recent interview with Chinese TV, "I have been very happy with the love Dae Jang Geum has received even up until now in China." She added, "Because Dae Jang Geum has received so much love, I have a lot of pressure to do well on the second season (if there is going to be a second season)." In related news, MBC is currently preparing to produce Dae Jang Geum 2 with the proposed air date of the second half of this year. MBC has currently offered up the role to actress Lee Young Ae, who starred in the original Dae Jang Geum drama.

"Dae Jang Geum" has been aired in 91 different countries, and MBC raised over 12 million dollars for the copyrights of the drama. Scriptwriter Kim Young Hyun, who is currently in charge of scripting "Dae Jang Geum 2," has expressed his concerns.
