The Evil within comic has been revealed and it features a frightening front cover, a release date for the comic and prequel story that will tell some events that happened before in Shinji Mikami's latest survival horror game.

It was IGN that first saw the Evil Within comic and that it was published by Titan Comics. The Evil Within comic is four-panel prequel created by writer Ian Edginton, and artist Alex Sanchez. The front cover of the Evil Within comic was made by 30 Days of Night artist Ben Templesmith.

As you can see in the cover it features the monster Safe Head, and just by looking at him you would know he is very scary and demented. The release date of the comic is on August 27, 2014 with a price rate of $3.33.

The story for the Evil Within prequel comic has also been revealed and the synopsis goes like this.

"Spun from the new survival horror game The Evil WithinTM from Bethesda Softworks this all-new prequel invites readers to experience the deranged world created by Shinji Mikami.

Writer Ian Edginton (Scarlet Traces, Victorian Undead) and artist Alex Sanchez (Katana) present the story of a young student, Dana, whose search for a missing friend leads straight into a world fraught with tension and unimaginable horrors."

The Evil Within game is the latest creation of Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami developed by Tango Gameworks and published by Bethesda Softworks. The release date for Evil Within for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and in the PC is August 26 in North America, August 28 in Australia, and August 29 in Europe.
