Looks like Batman Arkham Knight Man-Bat Army and Damian Wayne rumors are starting to be true, as the game's rumors on both of them are being hinted in the latest Batman animated movie "Son of Batman" as several photos have been revealed to support this on-going theory.
It was recently reported last week that Man-Bat will appear in the final Arkham game, Batman Arkham Knight and Man-Bat brought along his army of Man-Bats with him to Gotham. There are also rumors before that Batman's son Damian Wayne will join the game although it's unsure as of late if he's going to be Robin or the new original villain of the game, Arkham Knight. But what if these rumors were actually true? That somehow the movie provided a lot of strong evidence to support this?
If you've watched the Son of Batman animated movie, then you'll likely know what we mean, but for those who haven't? We'll shed some light on the situation.
Son of Batman's story revolves around Damian Wayne, the offspring of Bruce Wayne/ Batman and Talia al Ghul, Ra's al Ghul's daughter as he tries to avenge his grandfather's death at the hands of Slade Wilson a.k.a. Deathstroke who attacked the League of Shadows. After the attack Talia took Damian to Gotham in order to meet his Father, The Dark Knight. Batman, surprised and unaware of his son's existence took Talia's offer of keeping him safe, and as the movie goes he now took the mantle of Robin. This is where Arkham Knight's possible rumors are hinted from the movie.
When Batman had a lead that Deathstroke's group took Dr. Kirk Langstrom in an abandoned Gotham coliseum. Along with Robin they infiltrated the coliseum and found Dr. Langstrom. Langstrom panicked and ran away alerting the guards and a fight ensues. Along the way Batman and Robin soon discovered that the League is breeding an Army of "Man-Bats" and both Batman and Robin fought them off.
As we all know that Dr. Langstrom is the original Man-Bat of mythos, and since Arkham Knight hinted an army of Man-Bats then the photo above would be very solid evidence that these creatures are included in the game minus the ninja swords.
The movie also helped establish Damian's role as Robin and judging by how he handled himself in the movie, he could be very impressive addition to the game, if Rocksteady Studios had their way on making that decision.
Fans of the game would want to see how Batman fights-off Man-Bat's army or having Damian Wayne as Robin in some side missions or mini games in Arkham Knight. Perhaps Rocksteady will update us on these suggestions very soon.
