Gotham TV series trailer has been revealed and the video features some of the main characters of the series such as Jim Gordon, Bruce Wayne, Penguin, and many more! Plus, the season 1 of the show will have "At least" thirteen episodes Fox says.

Fox's new superhero crime series Gotham has release its first trailer and it features some of the classic characters from the Batman mythos. The trailer features a young police detective Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) starting out his duties in Gotham, and his rise to the top of the police rank. The trailer also shows the death of Bruce Wayne's (David Mazouz) parents, a tragedy that led to both Jim Gordon and Bruce Wayne meeting each other for the first time were in the future they will become strong allies as Jim Gordon will someday be Gotham's police Commissioner and Bruce Wayne as Batman. Finally the trailer shows some of the villains in the series before they embraced their alter egos such as Penguin, Catwoman, Riddler, and Poison Ivy.

According to reports from Entertainment Weekly, Fox has already issued the order that Gotham TV series will have at least thirteen episodes as a starting point of the series prior to its trailer release. Given its powerful cast and potential hit ratings, Gotham TV series will eventually pickup by Fox network, and will give fan's a chance to see a difference side of the Batman mythos other than its movies and animated TV shows.

Gotham TV series is scheduled to be shown in the fall of 2014. The show also stars Sean Pertwee as Alfred Pennyworth, Robin Lord Taylor as Oswald Cobblepot/Penguin, Zabryna Guevara as Sarah Essen, Erin Richards as Barbara Kean, Donal Logue as Harvey Bullock, Jada Pinkett Smith as Fish Mooney, Camren Bicondova as Selina Kyle, and Cory Michael Smith as Edward Nygma/ The Riddler.
