According to reports from Monitoring Crunch, Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD Remix will likely be release in 2014 and that Square Enix will make announcement regarding its release date on E3 2014 which gave hope to fans that are awaiting for highly-anticipated game.

"While nothing has been confirmed by Square Enix, the Kingdom Hearts community believe that it will be this year. After all, the game developer didn't write off that possibility as unlikely. The fans went on a discussion thread and revealed their ideal date if Kingdom Hearts 2.5 comes this year."

"Many fans agreed that the month of October or November will be the likeliest period where the game gets released. Of course, the fans would prefer it to be during summer as they wish to play the during the school holidays."

But Kingdom Hears 2.5 HD Remix isn't the only game in the series gamers are talking about.

OnlySinglePlayer.com reported that Kingdom Hearts 3 's release date version "can grow from a darker tone" and hints that the games approach is much more serious than the past games

"As the initial fan base grows up, the mini games presented in worlds like Disney Town and Atlantica are often complained about and truly feel out of place for a series that can grow from a darker tone."

"The first argument that can be made in contention to an idea of a darker Kingdom Hearts is the fact that Disney is a main ingredient in the series' formula. Some think the company's history is too childish and cannot be complemented with a narrative that is darker in tone."

Square Enix Corporate Executive Shinji Hashimoto teased a possible surprise from both Kingdom Hearts 3 and Final Fantasy XV in E3 2014. Whatever that surprise may be, fans are excited to see that surprise soon.
