Floyd Mayweather was recently involved in a fight outside the boxing ring with T.I. in Fatburger restaurant in Las Vegas, Saturday night. "Money," then issued a statement extending apologies to the rapper's wife for being involved in the ruckus.

Witnesses say that Floyd Mayweather was eating inside the restaurant when T.I. walked up to him and began the war of words. Shortly after, the infamous rapper took a swing at "Money", which forced their respective bodyguards to jump in and break up the melee.

Several amateur videos were also released by bystanders, and were posted on Instagram. In one of the videos, Floyd Mayweather was heard screaming the words "control your b*^ch."

Floyd Mayweather's fight with T.I. quickly went viral, which in turn, urged the fighter to release a statement explaining what happened.

In an interview with NecoleBitchie.com, Floyd Mayweather explained that the reason behind the fight was the Instagram photo of him and the rapper's wife Tiny that surfaced recently.

"I been knowing Tiny before T.I.," Mayweather said. "I've never slept with her, I never kissed her, never touched her in no inappropriate way. Her friend Shekinah wanted to come to the [May 4th] fight, she brought Tiny with her."

"After that, I guess she put a picture up on Instagram of her at the fight so I guess he was feeling some type of way," he added.

Floyd Mayweather then recounted the fight with rapper T.I., explaining his side of the story.

"I'm eating at Fatburger and next thing you know, he walk in talking about we need to talk again," Mayweather explained. "Then a couple of words exchange and people got to pushing and a riot kinda broke out. And then a bunch of chaos and that was basically it."

Floyd Mayweather did apologize for the fight that broke out, but only to T.I's wife, Tiny.

"Only person I wanna apologize towards is Tiny," Mayweather said. "I said something like 'control your b*^h' and I don't want to say that about Tiny."

"So I do apologize to Tiny because she cool people, man. She cool. She never been disrespectful to me," he continued.
