"24: Live Another day" episode 6 spoilers are up and Jack Bauer finds himself staring at the barrel of a gun after putting in motion a plan to trap Margot. Meanwhile, the tension between the US and the British Prime Minister threatens to boil over.

According preview video, which serves as "24: Live Another Day" episode 6 spoilers, Jack Bauer now has the official sanction of U.S. when President James Heller (William Devane) told the CIA: "I want you to give Jack Bauer what he needs to operate ..."

And what does he want? "Kate Morgan, I want her assigned to me."

Jack Bauer plans to take down arms dealer Karl Rask so he can get to Margot Al-Harazi (Michelle Fairley). But she needs Kate Morgan as bait.

Then Jack Bauer's plans quickly spiral out of control as Kate Morgan is suspended through chains and threatened to have her eyes gouged out by an electric drill. Karl Rask, meanwhile, aims a gun at Jack Bauer's head as he asks the question: "Tell me, why are you really here?"

The clip also shows President James Heller telling Prime Minister Alistair Davies (Stephen Fry) that Jack Bauer "needs to go there," to which the latter replied: "My country will suffer if you're wrong."

As the smoke clears after the devastating events of the first five hours, tensions between President Heller and Prime Minister Davies boil over, and one of them decides to take matters into his own hands. In the meantime, Jack proposes a plan to locate Margot by using someone unexpected as his unsuspecting bait. Back at the CIA in London, Jordan raises suspicions about Kate's husband.

"24: Live Another Day" airs on June 2 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on FOX.
