Great news! Actress Gong Hyo Jin has undergone treatment, and is back to filming her drama after her freeway accident.
According to her agency Soop Entertainment, Gong Hyo Jin was given enough time to rest after the accident, but will be heading to Japan on June 25 to film for her drama "It's Okay, It's Love."
Representatives reported, "The location where the drama would be filmed has been decided a long time ago, and it was impossible to push it back because of the schedule; however, the production team has decided to modify the script to accommodate Gong Hyo Jin's injuries."
"Gong Hyo Jin is currently on her way to recovering, and she is eager to return to filming as soon as possible," they confirmed.
On June 19, the actress and her staff got into a car accident after she finished filming for the drama. The accident took place on a highway from Gyeonggi to Seoul when two vans crashed into the rear end of her van. According to reports, the actress sustained minor facial injuries, but had to undergo surgery for her arm fracture.
